660 MW 机组单列辅机控制系统设计

         

摘要

On the basis of analyzing the single-row configuration control characteristics of the forced draft fan,induced draft fan,primary air fan,air preheater,turbine-driven feedwater pump and booster fan in ul-tra-supercritical 2×660 MW units in Bulian Power Plant,several functions of the control system were de-signed,including the hardware system,real-time online intelligent diagnosis,boiler main protection and in-terlock protection for auxiliary equipments.The redundant configuration was added in thermodynamic measuring points of the auxiliary equipments.Application of this control method in the above 660 MW units show that,the monitoring function,protection function and adjusting function of the control system were stable,unit trip and boiler shutdown caused by auxiliary faults never occurred,thus the safety and sta-bility of unit operation can be ensured.%基于布连电厂超超临界2×660 MW 机组单列配置送风机、引风机、一次风机、空气预热器、汽动给水泵、增压风机的控制特点,对其控制系统的硬件系统、实时在线智能诊断功能、锅炉主保护功能、辅机联锁保护功能进行了设计,增加了辅机热控测点的冗余配置。应用结果表明,该控制系统的监视、保护、调节功能完善、可靠,未因单辅机故障导致机组停炉、停机,以及保护误动、拒动,从而保证了机组安全、稳定运行。
