燃用准东煤锅炉渣样形貌及矿物组成特征

         

摘要

Zhundong coal is easy to burn with a high burn out rate,which is a good coal for power plants. However,the serious fouling and slag occurred on heating surface of the boiler causes serious problems for unit safe operation.In this paper,the slag and deposition samples were collected from a power plant firing Zhundong coal.The X-ray diffraction and environmental scanning electron microscope (ESEM)was ap-plied to analyze the mineral composition of the depositions.The results indicate that,the depositions col-lected from different parts of the boiler have complex Na-containing mineral components,including sodium calcium aluminum oxides mineral crystal,sodium potassium aluminum silicate,nelpheline,and sodium calci-um aluminum silicate.A lot of amorphous components were identified in high temperature area,which is mainly derived from the eutectic reaction of various minerals.Mineral crystals were mainly found in fouling and deposit samples,which was mainly due to the condensation of gas phase.%准东煤易着火、燃尽率高,是优良的动力用煤,但其严重的沾污结渣特性严重影响电厂锅炉安全运行。为此,采用 X 射线衍射仪和环境扫描电子显微镜等,对燃用准东煤电厂锅炉各部位渣样的形貌和矿物组成特征进行了研究。结果表明:锅炉各部位渣样均含有复杂的钠矿物成分,包括钠钙铝氧化物的复杂矿物晶体、钠钾铝硅酸盐、霞石、钠钙铝硅酸盐等;锅炉高温区渣样中识别出大量的非晶组分,这源于各种矿物在高温区的共熔反应;锅炉低温换热面渣样则主要是积灰和沾污样,其含晶形矿物较多,这源于高温区气相组分的冷凝。
