The mathematic model for relationship between and among energy transfer,flow loss and pressure ratio in stages of centrifugal compressor during compression was established.Taking the stages in centrifu-gal flue gas compressor of a 300 MW unit oxy-coal fired boiler as the example,the effects of rotation speed, inlet gas temperature and pressure on the stage performance parameters were investigated.The correspond-ing relationship between mass flow rate and the stage efficiency,flow loss,equivalent entropy head and pressure ratio was obtained,under different working conditions.The results show that,under stable work-ing conditions,with an increase in the rotation speed,the stage flow loss decreased,the stage efficiency and pressure ratio increased and the stage performance curve became steeper.The inlet flue gas temperature af-fected more on the stage parameters comparing with the inlet pressure.It suggests that a cooler should be located in the middle of the compressor to control the inlet flue gas temperature thus to enhance the stage efficiency.%建立了离心式压缩机级内烟气压缩过程中级的能量传递、流动损失及压比等数学模型,并以300 MW机组富氧煤粉燃烧锅炉离心式烟气压缩机中压段第1级为研究对象,计算并分析了不同转速、进口烟气温度、进口烟气压力对级性能参数的影响,得到了不同工况下,级的效率、损失、等熵能量头、压比与烟气质量流量的变化关系。结果表明:稳定工况区域内,压缩机转速越高,级的损失越小,效率和压比越高且随烟气质量流量的变化幅度越大,性能曲线越陡;相对进口烟气压力,进口烟气温度对级参数的影响较大。建议在压缩机中间增设冷却器,控制进口烟气温度,以提高级的效率。
