漏风对富氧煤粉燃烧锅炉烟气成分的影响

         

摘要

在干烟气再循环方式下,以某超临界600 MW 机组富氧煤粉燃烧锅炉为研究对象,分别对富氧煤粉燃烧锅炉在不同负荷、不同漏风系数的条件下,锅炉烟气成分的变化进行了计算和分析。结果表明:在漏风系数一定的条件下,随负荷的增加 CO2浓度呈上升趋势,N2、O2浓度呈下降趋势;而漏风系数增加时,烟气中各成分的体积分数变化明显。因此,对富氧煤粉燃烧锅炉密封系统的严密性要求高于常规锅炉。%In dry flue gas recirculation mode,taking a supercritical 600 MW unit oxygen-enriched pulverized coal-fired boiler as the research object,calculation on fuel combustion was performed to investigate the var-iation of flue gas components under conditions with different loads and air leakage coefficients.The results show that,with a certain air leakage coefficient,the CO2 concentration increased with the unit load,while the N2 and O2 concentration showed an opposite trend.As the air leakage coefficient increased,the volume fraction of each component in flue gas changed obviously,which put forward higher requirements for seal-ing system of the oxygen-enriched coal-fired boilers.
