基于模糊自适应Smith的SC R喷氨量串级控制系统

         

摘要

基于对选择性催化还原(SCR)反应器喷氨量控制过程大延时产生原因的分析,提出了模糊自适应Smith 串级控制策略:采用 Smith 预估控制喷氨量;采用模糊规则在线修正 PID 参数。从而,使得控制器能够有效适应控制对象的变化。将模糊自适应 Smith 串级控制与常规PID串级控制进行仿真比较,结果表明该模糊自适应 Smith 串级控制效果优于常规 PID 串级控制,并且当控制对象的模型有较大变化时,仍能够保持较好的控制品质,具有较强的适应性。%By analyzing the cause of large delay in ammonia spraying control in SCR reactor,the fuzzy self-a-daptive Smith cascade control system was applied.In this method,the Smith cascade controller is used to predictively control the spraying ammonia flow and the fuzzy rules are used to adj ust the PID parameters online.So the controller can adapt to changes of the control obj ect effectively.Comparison between the fuzzy self-adaptive Smith cascade control system and the conventional PID cascade controller was carried out by simulation testing.The results show that,the control effectiveness of this Smith cascade controller was superior to that of the conventional PID cascade controller,and good control performance can be main-tained when the model of control obj ect changed,indicating the Smith cascade controller has strong adapta-bility.
