开缝式SK型静态混合器与可调涡旋静态混合器的性能数值优化

         

摘要

对开缝式SK 型和可调涡旋2种新型静态混合器的结构参数进行数值模拟优化,并与传统SK型静态混合器进行比较.结果表明,间隙直径比为0.58的开缝式 SK 型静态混合器为最优结构;叶片圆心角为120°,曲率半径为400 mm 的三叶片涡旋发生器组成的可调涡旋静态混合器性能最优;可调涡旋静态混合器与开缝式 SK 型静态混合器的混合效果均优于传统SK型静态混合器,且可调涡旋静态混合器的混合速度更快.%The structural parameters of two kinds of new mixers:the clearance SK static mixer and adj usta-ble vortex static mixer were optimized by numerical simulation.Moreover,their optimized performance was compared with that of the conventional SK static mixer.The results indicate that,for the clearance SK stat-ic mixer,the optimal structural parameter is with width/diameter ratio (W/D)of 0.58.For the adjustable vortex static mixer,the one consists of three-blade vortex generator of which the blades'central angle is 120°and the blade's curvature radius is 400 mm has the most great performance.Both the mixing effect of the adj ustable vortex static mixer and the clearance SK static mixer are greater than that of the convention-al SK static mixer.Furthermore,the mixing ratio of the adj ustable vortex static mixer is the fastest.
