Directing against the water quality of circulatory cooling water used in the thermal power plants, the scale-retarding performance and the corrosion-inhibiting performance for copper materials (HSn-70A) in the condenser using polyaspartic (PASP) acid have been studied. The test reuslts show that the PASP acid has good effect on scale-retardation but used amount of single PASP acid for corrosion inhibition being large. For this reason,a combination of four medicals has been studied to find out the optimal proportioning ratio and the synergistic effect. The optimal proportioning ratio of com-bination from four medicals is as follows:10 mg/L PASP acid + 0. 5 mg/L BTA + 20 mg/L sodium molybdate+10 mg/L sodium gluconate. After application, the corrsion rate of HSn-70A copper is on-ly 0. 000 4 mm/a,corrosion inhibiting rate reaches 99.17%.%针对火电厂循环冷却水水质研究了聚天冬氨酸(PASP)的阻垢性能及对凝汽器铜材质(HSn-70A铜)的缓蚀性能.试验结果表明,PASP阻垢效果优良,但单一PASP的缓蚀用量较大.为此,对PASP的复配方案进行了研究.筛选出的最佳复配配方为10mg/L PASP+0.5 mg/L BTA+20 mg/L钼酸钠+10 mg/L葡萄糖酸钠.采用该配方后HSn-70A铜的腐蚀率仅为0.000 4 mm/a,缓蚀率达到了99.17%.
