企业是科技投入的主体，也是技术创新的主体。2014年度天津市科技进步统计监测结果显示：2013年我市科技百强工业企业研发投入力度不断加大，创新人才队伍建设切实加强，科技资源配置不断优化并高效利用，自主创新意识和能力不断增强。基于2014年度科技进步统计监测数据，深入研究百强企业在科技投入、科技产出和经营绩效等方面的优势、潜力和不足，以期为政府各部门，尤其是各级科技管理部门提供数据支撑和政策参考。%An enterprise is the main body of both science and technology input and technical innovation. As the statistical and monitoring results of Scientific and Technological Progress Level in Tianjin in 2014 indicated,R&D input of the Top 100 science and technology industrial enterprises in Tianjin in 2013 kept increasing,the construction of innovative talent teams was further strengthened,allocation of scientific and technological resources kept optimizing and effectively used and self innovation consciousness and capacity kept increasing. Based on the monitoring data in 2014,this paper analyzes ad-vantages,disadvantages and potentials of the top 100 enterprises in the aspects of science and technology input,science and technology output,business performances and etc.,aiming to offer data support and policy reference to government departments,especially science and technology administrations at various levels.
