How to scientifically and effectively integrate the quality management system,environmental management sys-tem and occupational health safety management for enterprises during their certification processes and well handle both the universality and individuality of the three systems have become an urgent issue.This paper discusses matters worthy atten-tion during the three certification systems’ integration from the aspects of the integration of principle and objectives, duties,and system elements,and suggests that the integration should be combined with enterprise management to further enhance management efficiency and strengthen the core competitiveness and sustainability of an enterprise.%在质量管理体系、环境管理体系和职业健康安全管理体系认证工作中，如何科学有效地进行三体系整合并在体系整合中把握上述共性与个性的关系，成为必须要解决的问题。从方针和目标的整合、职责的整合、体系要素的整合等方面阐述了三体系整合需要注意的方面，并提出三体系整合应与企业管理有机结合，以进一步提高管理效率，增强企业核心竞争力和可持续发展能力。
