Deepening the school-enterprise collaboration is an essential way to improve the teaching quality in vocational colleges and actively exploring and reforming the model of school-enterprise collaboration is the only route.This paper takes the experimental school running of modern apprenticeship in Nanjing Communications Institute of Technology as an exam-ple and discusses basic ideas of school-running models of modern apprenticeship in vocational colleges.%深化校企合作是培养创新人才、提高职业教育教学质量的基本途径，积极有效地探索创新校企合作办学新模式是职业教育的必经之路。以南京交通职业技术学院现代学徒制试点办学为例，论述了高职院校现代学徒制办学模式的基本思路。
