In order to improve the separation efficiency of the secondary winnowing chamber in PROTOS70 cigarette maker, a winnowing chamber with a zigzag air passage was configured. A tobacco loosening unit was installed above the chamber to loosen tangled or stuck stems and shreds until they were completely separated. The application results showed that: 1) The shred content in rejected stems decreased from 5.02% to 3.48%. 2) The defective cigarettes with a hole punctured by sliver reduced by 27% in cigarette appearance inspection. Winnowing chamber with tobacco loosening unit effectively promoted the separation efficiency and further the appearance quality of cigarette.%为解决PROTOS70卷接机组二次分离漂浮室对烟梗中的梗含叶烟丝、折叠烟丝及结块烟丝分离效果不佳等问题，在将直通型漂浮室改为“之”字形漂浮室的基础上，设计了一套烟梗打散型漂浮室装置，通过在“之”字形漂浮室垂直方向上加装烟梗打散装置，将梗丝、丝团和丝块打散，实现烟丝与烟梗的彻底分离。应用结果表明：①采用烟梗打散型漂浮室的机台，剔出的梗中含丝量由5.02%降低到3.48%；②卷烟成品外观检验中烟支刺破数量下降27%。烟梗打散型漂浮室有效提高了梗-丝二次分离效果，改善了烟支外观品质。
