本文以东盟国际化旅游从业人员相互认证机制建设为研究对象,以区域公共产品理论为指导,分析东盟各国如何通过协商达成共识,共同制定区域内国际化旅游从业人员相互认证机制,建立配套职业标准课程和规范的资格认证体系,推动区域内国际化旅游从业人员素质满足旅游业发展需求,促进区域内旅游人才双向流通和区域旅游人才整体素质提升.%This essay aims to analyze ASEAN mutual recognition arrangement on tourism professionals from the perspective of regional public goods, and probe into the way ASEAN countries come to consensus through consultation, jointly develop the mutual recognition arrangement and matching common competency standards, curriculum and normative registration system, ensuring the quality of the tourism professionals can satisfy the needs of regional tourism development, and facilitate mobility of tourism professionals.
