Water damage has become one of the important factors influencing the normal function of asphalt pavement.For the used asphalt pavements,the method of treating water damages is to repair the damages to meet the function and prolong the life.According to the performance of water damage for asphalt pavement,the causes of water damage is analyzed in this paper from three aspects:the di-rect effect of water,the effect of vehicle load and the dynamic water pressure.Based on this,three comprehensive treating ideas and measures of design concepts,construction methods,and material se-lection are proposed.%沥青路面水损害为影响沥青路面正常使用的重要因素之一。对已建成的沥青混凝土路面，水损害处治的重点是对病害缺陷进行修复，以满足使用功能，延长其使用寿命。文中根据沥青路面水损害的现象，从水的直接作用，车辆荷载的作用和动水压力的作用3方面分析了水损害产生的原因。在此基础上，从设计理念，施工方法，材料选用3方面提出了综合治理的方案和对策。
