According to the corner reflector characteristics with high reflectivity and strong stability ,an identification strategy from coarse-to-fine is advanced .Corner reflector is approximately identified by pre-processing;its position ac-curacy is improved by visual interpretation;and its precise location is extracted through the statistical analysis in spatial and temporal.Cosmo data is used to verify the identification strategy ,and the precise location of seven corner reflectors are recognized .Then from theory analysis and experiment result ,the identification strategy is very effective .%根据人工角反射器高反射率、强稳定性的特点，提出由粗到精的识别策略，基于预处理实现角反射器的粗识别，通过目视解译优化角反射器的位置，利用其时空特点开展统计分析提取出精确的位置。并利用Cosmo数据为例对识别策略进行了实验研究，有效地识别角反射器的精确位置信息，从而验证了本文角反射器识别策略的有效性。
