For the survey of the buildings and structures along rail transit ,this paper analyzed the survey contents , the operating methods ,the research process ,tidying results and other aspects ,presented the technological scheme of sur-vey to use to survey of the buildings and structures along rail transit ,and explained and evaluated the preparation ,the sur-vey,the query of data,tidying results and other aspects.Finally,we got the exact and satisfied survey results of the build-ings and structures .%针对城市轨道交通建设沿线的建（构）筑物调查实践，对调查内容、作业方法、调查流程、成果整理等方面进行了分析，提出了调查技术方案，应用在乌鲁木齐市轨道交通沿线的建（构）筑物调查作业中，同时对前期准备、外业调查、资料查询、内业整理和成果提交形式等实施环节进行了内容说明和评价，得到了的准确、可靠的建（构）筑物调查成果。
