介绍了通过选择合适的中央子午线而建立的平面坐标系，在机场跑道真方位设计与机场施工建设过程中能将跑道的真方位角与坐标方位角的差值减小，给设计与施工带来便利。结合工程实例对该方法进行验证，该方法实用、可靠，特别是在以真北方向为基准的机场建设中非常实用。%This paper introduces the plane coordinate system established by choosing a proper central meridian ,the airport runway true azimuth design and airport construction process can be the difference between the runway true azimuth and coordinate azimuth ,and brings convenience to the design and construction .Validation of the method in combination with the project example,the method is practical,reliable,especially useful in the construction of the north direction ,as the base of the airport .
