由于我国气候条件地域性的差异，尤其在北方长达数个月的冬季，严寒的气候给室外建筑施工带来了诸多困难。在这种环境下施工，为保证工程按质按量的正常施工，就一定要采取一些特殊的施工技术及防护措施。为此本文针对北方港口建设冬季施工的一些技术措施进行了简要的探讨。%Due to regional differences in climate conditions in China, especial y in the north, as long as a few months of wint-er, the cold weather has brought many difficulties to the outdo-or construction. Under construction in this environment, in order to ensure project quality and the amount of normal const-ruction, some special construction techniques and protective measurees should be taken. To this end, the author briefly disc-usses some technical measures for the construction of the nort-hern port of winter construction.
