With the development of economic and the advanc-ement of technology, the development of China's construction industry continuous modernization. The update of concept wit-h research and development of technology and diverse functio-ns of engineering equipment came into being, which plays an increasengly important role in the construction because of its high efficiency and safety advantages of replacing the traditio-nal manual construction body. In this article, the author briefly discusses on how efficient and practical of engineering equip-ment in the actual operation and able to replace the artificial e-nterprises to realize the economic benefits of enterprises bases on the aspects of the efficiency and security of the railway eng-ineering equipment, the maintainability of engineering equip-ment maintenance and the engineering rental system.% 随着经济的发展和科技的进步，我国建筑行业的发展不断现代化。科技的研发和理念的更新，功能多样的工程器械应运而生，并以其高效、安全的优势取代了传统的人工操作，成为工程施工的主体，在工程施工中发挥着越来越重要的作用。本文主要从铁路工程器械本身的高效、安全的性能，和工程器械的维修可维修性以及完善的工程租赁制度等方面，浅议为何工程器械在实际操作高效、实用，能够取代人工，实现企业的经济效益。
