The civil engineering of modern architecture as an important construction project in China, in the era of rapid eco-nomic development, there has been a lot of new technologies. In this article, the author explore and analyze the characterist-ics of the modern building civil engineering as wel as new tec-hnology, implement the project management measures, and ho-pe to provide some theoretical foundation for the modern buil-ding civil engineering practice so as to promote the developm-ent of modern architecture civil engineering.% 现代建筑土建工程作为目前我国工程项目建设的一项重要工程，随着时代经济的快速发展，出现了很多的新型技术。本文笔者就现代建筑土建工程的特点以及新技术、项目管理的实施进行探讨和分析，提出相关管理措施，希望能为现代建筑土建工程实践提供一些理论基础，从而促进现代建筑土建工程的发展。
