近些年来我国的建筑行业不断发展，其施工管理模式也已经逐渐趋于完善，但是一些建筑公司在进行施工时，还会或多或少地出现一些问题。因此，本文就建筑施工管理模式存在的问题进行探讨，以期对建筑施工管理模式的方法进行创新。%In recent years, China’s construction industry cont-inuously developed, the construction management mode has gradually matured, but some construction companies in the co-nstruction, stil have some problems more or less.
