色彩景观是构成城市面貌的要素，也是塑造城市特色的要素之一。常州城乡规划立足于城市特色塑造展开实践，本文结合常州发展实际，面向色彩规划的不同管理阶段，对其进行了有益的探索与思考。%The color landscape is one of the elements of a city appearance and city features. The urban and rural planning of Changzhou bases on the urban characteristics shaping to pract-ice. In this paper, the author bases on the development of Cha-ngzhou and carries out the beneficial exploration and consider-ation of different management stages to the color planning.
