烟草商业企业作为政企合一的专卖管理和经营机构,面临行业增长速度由高速发展向稳步发展转变,增长方式由外延扩张向内涵增长转变,发展趋势由传统计划型向市场导向型与能力导向型并重转变,企业管理模式由粗放型向精细型转变的特殊发展阶段,应当在"管理出效益"的理念上,大力加强企业标准化建设.标准化是企业科学管理的重要基础,是企业推动创新的有效手段,是企业提高工作质量和效率的必要保障.本文以马鞍山烟草物流中心为例,描述了标准化作业实施的途径和效果.%As a combination of government-enterprise monopoly management and operating agencies, tobacco commercial enterprise is facing the change of business growth rate from high-speed development to steady development, growth way from the expansion to connotation growth, the development trend from the traditional planning to market-oriented and ability-oriented type, and the enterprise management model from extensive to fine, so it is necessary to vigorously strengthen the enterprise standardization under the concept of"benefits from management". Standardization is an important foundation of enterprise scientific management, is an effective means to promote innovation, and is the necessary protection for the improvement of the quality and efficiency of enterprise. In this paper, Maanshan tobacco logistics center is taken as an example and the implementation path and effect of standardization is described.
