粗钢管立柱的模板承重系统施工技术的成功尝试

         

摘要

土木建筑工程施工过程中,现浇混凝土承重模板的支撑结构一般采用满堂红扣件式钢管排架、原木立柱、钢格构式井架、钢管井架、桁架、预埋牛腿支架等方法,且被广泛采用;而对于以粗钢管作为高大厚重结构的承重模板立柱的施工技术应用极少,我局在溪洛渡水电站右岸导流洞出口闸室成功地应用了以φ150粗钢管作承重模板立柱的施工技术,节约了大量工期,创造了非常可观的经济效益.%In the process of civil engineering construction, the supporting structure of cast-in-place concrete load-bearing formwork is generally full-red buckle-type steel tube rack, wood column, steel lattice derrick, steel derrick, truss, or embedded corbel bracket; and the application of the construction technology of the bearing columns with the thick steel pipe as the tall and heavy structure is very few. China Gezhouba Group Xiluodu Construction Bureau has successfully applied the φ150 crude steel pipe as the load-bearing template column construction technology in Xiluodu hydropower station right bank diversion tunnel exit gate chamber, thus shortening the construction period, and creating a very substantial economic benefits.
