The determination of ecological compensation standard is very important for the implementation of ecological compensation policy. Based on the theory of ecosystem value, this paper firstly analyzes the value structure of key ecological function areas from ecosystem services, then combines the characteristics of different types of ecosystems, the mode of regional production and operation and the existing ecological protection policies, discusses the opportunity cost method, Application of Ecological Service Value Law and Willingness Survey in the Process of Determining Ecological Compensation Standard. This study can promote the formulation and improvement of ecological compensation policies in key ecological function areas and further enrich the application of eco-economic theory and practice.%生态补偿标准的确定对于生态补偿政策的推行至关重要.本文以生态系统价值理论为基础,首先从生态服务层面分析重点生态功能区域的价值构成,进而结合不同类型生态系统的特征、所在区域生产经营模式以及已经出台的生态保护政策,深入讨论机会成本法、生态服务价值法以及意愿调查分析在生态补偿标准确定过程中的应用.本文价值在于:推进重点生态功能区域生态补偿政策的制定与完善,进一步丰富生态经济理论及实践应用.
