某独立学院后勤服务质量评价与改善

         

摘要

On the basis of combing the relevant references and field research, this paper constructs an index system of logistics service quality evaluation of an independent college, and establishes the final evaluation index system after testing reliability and validity. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the service quality of an independent college. The conclusion is that the service level is between general and satisfaction. According to the analysis results, the improvement house of quality of logistics service is constructed, and 7 key measures to improve the logistics service quality are determined.%在梳理相关参考文献和实地调研的基础上初步构建某独立学院后勤服务质量评价指标体系,在进行信度和效度检验后确立了最终评价指标体系.通过模糊综合评价法对某独立学院后勤服务质量进行了评价,得出其服务水平处于一般到满意之间,针对分析结果构建了后勤服务质量改善质量屋,确定了改善后勤服务质量的7项关键措施.
