21世纪的建筑行业发展迅猛,在飞速发展的同时,也带来了环境破坏、资源紧缺等一系列问题,这不符合当代人们所追求的"可持续发展"的理念,而绿色建筑的发展正契合当前人们追求的节能环保理念,因此合理的选用绿色技术,实现绿色建筑的能效提升显得尤为重要.文章通过分析绿色建筑的规划原则,调研苏南地区绿色技术的采用情况,分析出适宜的绿色技术的实施要点,从而得出可行的能效提升路径,使得绿色建筑推广获得更好的前景.%The rapid development of the construction industry in the 21st century has brought about a series of problems such as environmental damage and shortage of resources, which is not consistent with the idea of "sustainable development" pursued by contemporary people. The development of green building is in line with the current people to pursue the concept of energy conservation and environmental protection, so the rational use of green technology to achieve green building energy efficiency is particularly important. This paper hopes to analyze the green building planning principles, research the use of green technology in southern Jiangsu, the analysis of the appropriate green technology implementation points, resulting in a viable energy efficiency path, making green building to promote a better prospect.
