为响应"一带一路"战略,哈铁积极推进平改立工程,以适应未来高速铁路发展需要,满足运输能力提升需求.然而,由于目前平改立工程非常多,参与的人员和单位很多很杂、因此,本文认为:学好中华传统文化是职工可以为企业献计献策和为小件供应等工作做出贡献的一种思想基础;是打造企业与职工命运共同体和企业强基达标提质增效的有效保障.%In response to the strategy of"One Belt and One Road", Harbin Iron and Steel Corporation has actively promoted the leveling project to meet the needs of the future development of high-speed railway and meets the needs of enhancing transport capacity. However, since there are so many leveling projects, many people are involved in the project. Therefore, this article argues that learning Chinese traditional culture is an ideological basis for employees to contribute their ideas and resources to small pieces supply, and is an effective guarantee for building business and workers fate community and enterprise achieveing standards and improving quality and efficiency.
