The main station of this system adopts S7-1500 type PLC, and RFID uses the high-frequency read-write head of Germany Turck Company, the electronic label adopts 64KB storage, and it applies Siemens Ethernet to realize the control of the whole system. Through the collection of on-site information, and then combined with the production plan and scheduling, production vehicles can be tracked to complete mixed-line production. The system's structure is simple, economical and practical.
