河南自贸区的成立对提高国际经济与贸易专业学生就业率起到很大作用,为自贸区培养专业的报关人才也迫在眉睫.而报关实务课程的学习对报关员的培养有着重要作用,但现实中很多独立学院目标是培养应用型人才,然而理论过多,学生学习效果、应用能力较差.本文分析了河南自贸区报关人才培养的必要性以及报关人才缺乏的原因,结合原因从教师的角度提出了报关人才培养的策略,以期提高学生的应用能力,为河南自贸区的公司、企业培养实践性人才服务.%The establishment of Henan Free Trade Zone plays an important role in increasing the employment rate of international economy and trade majors. It is also imminent to train professional customs declaration talents for free trade area. The study of customs declaration practice course plays an important role in the training of customs declaration talents. In reality, many independent colleges and universities aim to cultivate applied talents, however, there are too many theories and students' learning effects and application abilities are poor. This article analyzes the necessity of developing the customs declaration talents in Henan Free Trade Zone as well as the reasons for the shortage of the customs clearance talents. Based on the reasons, this paper puts forward the strategy of training customs declaration talents from the perspective of teachers, in order to improve the students' application ability and to train practical talents for the companies and enterprises in Henan Free Trade Zone.
