施工进度计划的科学性、合理性、完善性关系到工程项目能否顺利实施,是工程项目目标管理的重要组成部分,并最终关系到项目质量、成本、工期等最终效果甚至项目绩效.而运用流水施工方法尤其是对流水施工进行排序优化能科学安排施工进度,合理组织安排人材机等各种资源,减少施工费用,提高工作效率,利用矩阵法进行流水施工排序优化是一种比较简便、新颖的方法.本文首先介绍了工程项目流水施工和排序优化理论,然后运用矩阵法以某建筑工程分部工程流水施工排序优化进行了案例分析.%The scientific nature, rationality and perfection of the construction schedule are related to the smooth implementation of the project management. It has very important influence in the project cost, schedule and other final results of the engineering. The flow construction optimization can effectively arrange the construction schedule, rationally use all kinds of resources, reduce construction costs and improve efficiency, using the matrix method to optimize the flow construction is a relatively simple and novel approach. First, this paper describes the flow construction of projects and sorting optimization theory, and then uses the matrix method to optimize the flow construction of division construction of a construction engineering with a case.
