常压高速氮气淬火特性分析

         

摘要

As one of the main ways to improve the properties of metal and alloy materials, the selection of quenching medium plays a key role in the quality of the workpiece after quenching. In this paper, T10 steel was quenched with high speed nitrogen as the quenching medium under the atmospheric pressure, and the quenching characteristics and cooling capacity of high speed nitrogen were evaluated. The research results showed that: with the increase of the flow rate of nitrogen, the cooling capacity of high speed nitrogen quenching medium under atmospheric pressure, the temperature difference between inside and outside of the workpiece, the average cooling rate were all increasing. The study provided a theoretical basis for high speed nitrogen quenching.%淬火作为改善金属及合金材料性能的主要方式之一,淬火介质的选择对工件淬火后的质量起到关键作用.本文在常压环境下以高速氮气作为淬火介质对T10钢工件进行淬火处理,对高速氮气的淬火特性和冷却能力进行评价.研究结果表明:随着氮气流速的增大,常压高速氮气淬火介质的冷却能力、工件内外温差、计算平均冷却速率都呈现增大趋势.研究为高速氮气淬火提供了理论依据.
