国家高新区是我国创新投入和创新产出的高地,区内企业享受多种创新政策,研究国家高新区的创新政策有助于了解我国创新政策的作用机制与创新政策效果.文章基于创新链视角,以中关村国家自主创新示范区为例,分析国家高新区创新政策的作用,提出创新政策的优化方向.%China's New and High Technology Industrial Development Zones have high innovation input and output, which caused by innovation policies. The mechanism of action and the results of China's innovation policies could be known by researching policies in the zones. This article analyzes the innovation policies in Zhongguancun National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone and gives some advice.
