基于积极心理取向的高校辅导员职业倦怠研究

         

摘要

Occupational burnout seriously affects the development of counselors in universities, which manifests in the aspects of emotional exhaustion, humanization and frustration of individual value. Because of their working objects becoming diversification and complication, the conflicts of multiply work roles, and the contradiction between difficultly quantify the work performance and quantitative assessment. Positive psychology provides a good method of strategy for the occupational burnout of University counselors from the positive subjective experience, positive personality characteristics and positive school organization system. According to the results of the research, the author suggests the following three aspects to improve the present situation of college counselors' job burnout: To cultivate positive emotions, and enhance the subjective positive experience ability of the counselors; To cultivate personal characteristics, and shape the perfect personality of counselors;To optimize the support system, and promote the personal values of counselors.%职业倦怠严重地影响着高校辅导员队伍的发展,在情感衰竭、去人性化、个人价值实现受挫等方面都有体现.究其原因,主要源于高校辅导员的工作对象日益多元化和复杂化、多重工作角色的冲突困扰以及工作绩效难以量化和量化考核的矛盾三个方面.积极心理学从积极主观体验、积极人格特征和积极学校组织系统出发,对应对高校辅导员职业倦怠提供了很好的方法策略.结合调研结果,文章认为可以通过以下三个角度改善高校辅导员职业倦怠现状:培养积极情绪,提升辅导员主观积极体验能力;培养个人特质,塑造辅导员完善的人格;优化支持系统,提升辅导员的个人价值感.
