By taking the coal industry in China as the research object, using the panel data of energy consumption and GDP of coal mining and washing industry from 2000 to 2014 and Tapio elastic method, the decoupling relationship between carbon emission and economic development in China's coal industry is studied to provide basis for sustainable development of coal industry in China. Research results show that: the elasticity between the carbon emissions and GDP of the overall energy consumption of coal mining and washing industry in China in 2000-2014 is in a weak decoupling state. It shows that the carbon emission of coal mining industry in China is very large, and it is not in the best sustainable development.%以中国煤炭行业为研究对象,使用2000-2014年间煤炭开采及洗选业能源消耗量及GDP等面板数据,利用Tapio弹性方法研究了中国煤炭行业碳排放与经济发展之间的脱钩关系,从而为我国煤炭行业可持续发展提供依据.研究结果表明:我国总体煤炭开采及洗选业能源消耗量碳排放与GDP之间的弹性在2000-2014年间内整体处于弱脱钩状态,表明我国煤炭采选业碳排放量很大,并非处于最佳可持续发展状态.
