In order to improve the effluent quality of wastewater treatment plant, a deep treatment process with high-density sedimentation tank / fiber rotary filter was adopted in a sewage treatment plant in Liaohe River Basin. This paper introduces the advanced treatment process of sewage treatment plant, the design parameters, structure dimensions and relevant equipment of each main structure. The effluent quality reaches the A standard of the first grade standard of GB18918-2002 "urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standard".%为提升污水处理厂出水水质，辽河流域某污水处理厂采用以高密度沉淀池/纤维转盘过滤池为主体的深度处理工艺。介绍了污水厂深度处理工艺流程、各主体构筑物的设计参数、结构尺寸及配套设备的相关情况。出水水质稳定达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》GB18918-2002中一级标准的A标准。
