The teaching of management courses should be based on the end in order to enhance students' professional quality and employability. Therefore classroom teaching should pay attention to helping students correctly position learning goals, and train their role consciousness, occupation habits and workplace basic rules while in the teaching. In this paper, some teaching examples have been shared, so as to inspire colleagues.%管理学课程的教学应当以终为始，以提升学生的职业素养和就业能力为目标。因此课堂教学中应该在授课的同时注意帮助学生正确定位学习目标，对他们的角色意识、职业习惯和职场基本规则方面加以训练。本文分享了一些教学实例以抛砖引玉，希望对同行们的工作有所启发。
