More and more domestic and foreign enterprises began to publish corporate social responsibility (CSR) report, which has attracted the attention of researchers, whether for the development of enterprises themselves or the social responsibility. The current studies on the corporate social responsibility report mainly focuses on the status quo of the report, mode and form, and three aspects of attestation, evaluation and empirical research. In the empirical research, it is also explored from three aspects of the report content, the influence factor and the function. According to these aspects, the literature on CSR reports in China is reviewed, and the deficiencies of related research are found.%无论是为了企业自身发展还是被要求承担社会责任，越来越多的国内外企业开始定期公布企业社会责任（CSR）报告，也引起了研究者的关注。有关企业社会责任报告现有研究主要集中于报告的现状、模式和形式，鉴证和评价和实证研究三个方面。在实证研究这一方面，又可以从报告的内容，影响因素和功能三个方面进行探究。根据这几个方面内容，对我国有关企业社会责任报告的文献进行综述，并发现目前相关研究存在的不足。
