美国农业保险经过长期的发展，建立了成熟的体系与运作模式，在农业抗风险体系中有决定性的地位。而我国农业保险起步晚，发展缓慢，不能为农业的现代化快速发展提供必要的保障。本文通过分析总结美国农业保险的发展模式、运行机制和健全的法律支持等经验，并剖析我国农业保险存在的法律法规滞后、管理体制不顺、服务能力不高等问题，吸取美国农业保险的成功经验并结合我国国情，提出了相对应的建设性建议。%After a long-term development, agricultural insurance in the US has established a mature system and operation mode, which plays a crucial role in agricultural risk-averse system. While the agricultural insurance in China starts late and develops slowly, which isn't capable of providing the dependable safe guard to match the development of agricultural modernization. The paper analyzes the developing patterns, operating mechanism and the perfect laws of American agricultural insurance. Meanwhile, there exist several obstacles in agricultural insurance in China, such as lagging laws and regulations, confused management system and weak services. Therefore, absorbing the successful experience of American agricultural insurance, we put forward the corresponding constructive advice with the combination of Chinese situation.
