校企合作开发石化企业一线员工岗位技能培训模块信息化平台的探索与实践

         

摘要

How to innovate the schooling mechanism has been a hot issue in recent years after the restructuring of state-owned enterprises and transfer to local management. Hunan Petrochemical Vocational Technology College was transferred to local management three years ago and has continued to closely rely on the original host company Sinopec Changling Petrochemical Company, and actively carried out the "government-led, government-enterprise jointly built, industry guidance, school-enterprise integration mechanism"exploration and practice in the past three years. Based on the training practice of enterprise employees and the actual needs of college academic education, the petrochemical enterprise front-line staff position skills training module information platform was developed jointly by the college and enterprise and targeted teaching and training activities have been carried out, and a certain teaching reform research and practical results have been achieved, which can provide reference for other vocational colleges.%国企主办高职院校改制移交地方管理后,如何创新办学体制机制,一直是近年来探讨的热点问题。湖南石油化工职业技术学院移交地方管理三年来,继续紧密依托原主办企业中石化长岭炼化公司,积极开展了“政府主导、政企共建、行业指导、校企一体”办学体制机制的探索与实践活动。其中,围绕企业员工培训实际和学院学历教育实际需求,校企合作开发了石化企业一线员工岗位技能培训模块信息化平台,并有针对性地开展了教学与培训活动,取得了一定的教学改革研究与实践成果,可为其它高职院校提供一定的借鉴与参考作用。
