Aiming at the assembly line of TV set,this paper applies the stop watch-time study of work measurement technology to determine operation time of every station and finds out bottle-neck stations.The existing problems of assembly line are analyzed by using 5W1H inquiry technology.In order to optimize the assembly line,Heuristic algorithm and Branch and bound analysis are used to reschedule job content of assembly line.By analyzing the data between the old line and the new line,the balance of assembly line is improved obviously.Load coefficient of the assembly line increased to 86.4%,production capacity increased to 339 units,the average processing rate of stations increased to 58.4%.%以电视机装配流水线为研究对象,运用作业测定技术中的时间研究方法,测定了装配流水线各工位的作业时间,找出了影响流水线生产能力的瓶颈工位.运用“5W1H”提问技术分析装配流水线存在的问题;利用启发式算法对装配流水线的作业内容进行重新安排,达到流程优化的效果.通过平衡前与平衡后的相关数据对比分析,装配流水线平衡取得了明显的改善效果.装配线负荷系数提高到86.4%,产能提高到339台,平均工位加工率提高到58.4%.
