参照金属材料疲劳裂纹扩展速率试验方法,采用材料疲劳试验机对硬聚氯乙烯材料进行了Ⅰ型疲劳裂纹的扩展速度及裂纹扩展机理的研究,测试得到了疲劳裂纹扩展长度下所对应的循环次数,进而用割线法得出da/dN,再与△K拟合得到疲劳裂纹扩展速率图.接着选取了4个典型的断面区域进行扫描电子显微镜拍照,得到了4种断面显微组织并进行断面形貌分析.%Based on the test method of fatigue crack growth rate of metallic materials,the fatigue crack growth rate and crack propagation mechanism of Type Ⅰ fatigue crack of rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC) are investigated by the material fatigue testing machine.The numbers of cycles corresponding to fatigue crack length growth are recorded during the text.And da/ dN is obtain by the secant method.Then,it is fitted with △K to obtain fatigue crack growth rate.Finally,four typical cross section areas are selected for scanning electron microscope to get the microstructures of 4 kinds of sections and analyze the section morphology.
