This paper introduces the production process of fully mechanized coal face.When encountering the special working face which need to cut the crop and withdraw the large equipment frequently,the winch type monorail hoist wire rope traction can be used,and the ordinary winch (40kW,55kW,75kW,the appropriate vehicles can be taken as the power source by the tunnel slope and lifting weight) can be taken as a power source,which can realize the exchange of the winch,reduce the investment of the winch equipment,simplify the transportation system,reduce the transportation links,and save the labor cost,greatly improve the work efficiency,and provide a strong guarantee for the safety and rapid retracement of the equipment.%本文介绍了在综采工作面生产过程中,遇到特殊工作面需要合茬,并且频繁回撤大型设备时,采用绞车式钢丝绳牵引单轨吊运输系统,用普通绞车(40kW、55kW、75kW均可以,可根据巷道坡度和提升重量选择合适的车辆作为动力源)作为动力源,可实现绞车的互换,减少了绞车设备投入,简化了运输系统,减少了运输环节;节省了人工成本费;大大提高了工作效率,并且为安全、快速回撤设备提供了有力保障.
