高校毕业生就业质量综合评价方法及应用

         

摘要

Aiming at the problem that the employment quality evaluation model is difficult to be constructed, a comprehensive evaluation method is proposed based on gray theory. The employment situation of graduates were investigated and analyzed, accurate data about emolument, job matching evaluation, occupation development, social security, social status and stability were obtained; the evaluation index system was built, the index weight value was confirmed; the construction of the employment quality evaluation model was constructed based on the use of least squares optimal criterion and gray theory. The application shows that the evaluation model can be used to quantitatively evaluate the employment data over the years.%针对毕业生就业质量评价模型难以构建的问题,提出了基于灰度理论的综合评价方法.对湖南省某本科院校近六年的毕业生就业情况进行了调查分析,准确获取了薪酬、人职匹配度、职业发展、社会保障、社会地位、稳定性等评价数据;构建了评价指标体系,确定了指标权重值;运用拓展最小二乘最优准则和灰度理论构建就业质量评价模型.应用表明,所建立的评价模型能有效地对历年就业数据进行定量化评价,可为就业管理提供一种新方法.
