高校教师绩效管理改革实践与思考

         

摘要

After years of performance reform, the performance management of university teachers in China has made a series of achievements, but there are still many shortcomings and problems. On the basis of the practice of reform of performance management in Kunming University of Science and Technology for many years, this paper analyzes the current situation, puts forward the problems and explores the improvement methods so as to improve the performance management system of teachers in colleges and universities, and finally improve the level of teachers' management and enhance the teachers' ability and accomplishment.%经过多年绩效改革,我国高校教师绩效管理取得了一系列的成果,但仍存在许多不足和问题.本文在昆明理工大学多年绩效管理改革实践的基础上,分析现状、提出问题、探析改进办法,以期完善高校教师绩效管理体系,最终提高高校教师管理的水平,提升教师的能力素养.
