To promote project success is an important way to enhance the value of the project. Based on the review of domestic and foreign literatures on the success criteria of the project and the construction project, experts' interviews were conducted to summarize the connotation of different key stakeholders on the success criteria of infrastructure megaprojects at different evaluation points.
