精益管理在铁路客车修理车间的运用

         

摘要

New railway passenger vehicles have been gradually replaced by CRH high-speed rail, intercity EMU after 2016 due to the national railway development planning, and the railway passenger car repair industry is gradually floating on the stage, but there are many difficulties in railway passenger car repair, such as complex car models, low quality of of repair parts, lack of technical standards, etc.. This paper focuses on the passenger car repair production system as the research object, analyzes its existing problems, and shows the key of application of lean production thought in the passenger car repair workshop, combined with the seven points of system standardization, reasonable layout, leveling production, operation standardization, visual management, efficient operation, continuous improvement, explains how to use the idea of lean production.%铁路客车新造车辆在2016年以后由于国家铁路发展的规划逐渐由CRH高铁、城际动车等逐步替代,铁路客车修理行业逐步浮上舞台,但铁路客车修理存在车型杂、修理配件质量低、技术标准缺失等诸多困难.本文围绕客车修理的生产系统为研究对象,分析其现有阶段存在的问题,说明在客车修理车间应用精益生产思想的关键,结合制度规范化、布局合理化、生产平准化、作业标准化、管理目视化、运行高效化、改善持续化"七化",阐述了精益生产思想如何运用.
