厚壁、陡坡段压力钢管制作和安装技术探讨及分析

         

摘要

随着西南部地区高水头冲击式电站的开发利用,厚壁、陡坡段压力钢管的制作和安装将成为新的研究课题,本文结合天湖水电站压力钢管制作和安装项目,通过试验克服了厚壁小直径压力钢管的卷制、低合金高强钢板材的可焊性差和陡坡段压力钢管的运输难题.%With the development and utilization of high head impact power station in the southwest region, the manufacturing and installation of pressure steel pipe in steep slope sections will become a new research topic. In this paper, combined with the manufacturing and installation of pressure steel pipe of Tianhu Hydropower Station, the thick-walled small-diameter steel pipe rolling, poor solderability of low-alloy high-strength steel sheet and transport problems of steep slope pressure steel pipe are overcome through experiment.
