应用型地方院校土建专业学生学籍异动原因剖析及对策探究

         

摘要

Taking local college Yulin University as an example, the reasons of school register changes were analyzed based on three angles of society, universities and individuals. The psychology of students who had school register changes was studied, and the existing problems and flaws about school management were investigated. Active control measures such as establishment of warning mechanism on school register and psychology were proposed. Multi-channel and diverse student management strategy was put forward. This study would have a better reference of management for students who had school register changes under university flexible educational system.%以应用型地方院校榆林学院为例,从社会、高校及个人三个角度分析了学籍异动产生的原因,剖析了学籍异动学生的心理,梳理了当下学籍异动学生管理的困扰及存在的漏洞,提出了建立学籍、心理预警机制的主动控制思路,构思了多渠道、多元化的学生管理策略,对高校学分制弹性修业年限下学籍异动学生的管理有较好的借鉴作用.
