Objective: To study the physical and chemical properties and release in vitro of charged drugs and oppositely charged surfactant mixtures. Methods: By adjusting the molar ratio of MH/AOT, the cation and cation aggregates exhibit different charging characteristics, structures and the release behavior of the drug due to the structural change of the aggregates. Results: Carrier cation and anion vesicles can be used as carriers for sustained release. Conclusion:The vesicles can be used as a new type of drug delivery carrier.%目的:研究荷电药物与相反电荷表面活性剂混合物的理化性质及体外释放.方法:通过调节DH/AOT摩尔比,阴阳离子聚集体呈现不同带电特性,结构,以及由于聚集体的结构改变可影响药物的释放行为.结果:载药阴阳离子囊泡可作为缓释的载体.结论:阴阳离子囊泡可作为一种新型的药物缓释载体.
