Based on the investigation of the operation, supervision and risk prevention of rural land contract management right mortgage in typical counties, this paper analyzes the problems restricting the implementation of rural land contract management right mortgage policy from the perspective of government, new management subject, farmer, bank and other financial institutions.%在典型县农村土地承包经营权抵押贷款运行、监管和风险防范等调查基础上,从政府视角、新型经营主体视角、农户视角、银行等金融机构视角分析了制约农村土地承包经营权抵押贷款政策实施的问题.并给出了推进农地承包经营权抵押贷款政策实施的对策建议.
